The demo for the Mac version of the game. It contains the tutorial and the first five levels.
In the future, intergalactic mail delivery has taken on a novel form: the mail is packed into spheres and blasted into the void by giant cannons. Networks of gravity generators adjust the paths of the mail spheres and guide them to their destinations. In your role as gravity technician, you must plan out new routes between the mail cannons and space stations, navigating your way around asteroid fields, black holes, space pirates, and other hazards of deep space.
While it provided a functional overview of the beginning of the game, the previous demo was admittedly a bit dull. This new demo features many of the more interesting obstacles of the game and gives a much better overview of gameplay.
To celebrate this new demo and the height of summer, Meteor Mail will be 66% off for the next two weeks.
Finally, Unity 4.0 has been announced to have support for Linux. Once Unity 4.0 is released, I will add a Linux version of Meteor Mail to Desura as soon as I can.
