Loot Online (LO) (Title subject to change) is a Massively Multi-player Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) being developed for Android and iOS/Windows coming later. It is being developed in Java with the amazing libGdx library.
Loot Online is set in a medieval time-era.
Features being developed are:

• MMO - Play with hundreds of other players around the world on your Android phone, Android tablet and later as development continues on Windows desktop, iPhone or iPad.
• Open World: Loot: Online is intended to be an immersive "life simulator". Many aspects of the game will allow a player to chose a path that suits their play style. Battle monsters, fight other players, or leave your mark by crafting hundreds of different items from swords and armor to clothing, food, potions and decor. AI is being incorporated into the many creatures in the world and controls everything from enemy behavior to animal population.
• Combat: Engage in PVP (Player vs Player), PvM (Player vs Monster) or Clan warfare. LO will feature a highly customizable guild system.
• Player Housing: Own your own house in-game! Decorate, customize and make it your own.
• Questing: An in-depth questing system is being developed that allow for everything from simple quests to huge campaigns. The goal is to get away from the repetitive and predictable "scripts" that other games have and attempts to offer an interactive experience that is never the same.
• Graphics: LO is played in a 2.5D isometric perspective. Graphics offer a semi-nostalgic look that fans of Diablo, Ultima Online, or Zelda will love but without getting too retro. LO also features an awesome particle effects system that produces amazing spell effects, flames, lighting and more. There is also a night/day cycle that 'gradually' changes as time progresses. You'll be able to notice day turn to night slowly instead of a sudden snap like other games offer. Torches will illuminate the land and real-time shadows are cast.
• Music/Sound: We have a professional composer on our team and music in the game will be scored and recorded by a live orchestra.
• Contribute: LO will also offer players the chance to contribute content. Anyone wishing to help can submit art or coding for approval using the automated content submission system.
• Much more to come: We have some interesting goals for Loot: Online with a huge list of ideas already on the drawing board and a time frame for deployment. If you wish to contribute, submit ideas, or be involved in our Beta test phase stay tuned here for updates and information.

Loot: Online has a planned release for Q1 2015. Beta Testing will begin Q3 2014.
