So... is that just the scaffolding? Or are the npcs expected to sleep in...on that?
No, NPC definitely won't sleep in/on that - that's just building timber, that markes the place, where house will be. First, NPC markes the place, then makes storage for resources, gathering them and only then build final house. I'll tell more in next news.
