Jidousha Shakai 0.7 Pre-Release 2 file

There's way too many changes, additions, bug fixes and more that is included in this update and due to this I will leave out noted changes because I may reach a character limit lol, the next post will reintroduce the change notes.

[Problems to be aware of]
-Car aids cannot be turned off.
-The map is not optimized yet so there may be some FPS drops in certain areas.
-The road scale is far too small, I realize this as I am typing and driving.
-Seperate rim colors have been removed temporarily because of a bug regarding the wheel blur system.
-There is a bug in the wheel blur system where it may fail to detect two seperate rims, so the fallback uses the front rims.
-The road meshes have not been smoothed so if your car is too low it will constantly hit it.
-Menu theme is a bit inconsistent and ugly, will be spruced up.
-Turbos have weird lag curves for some reason.
