Summer is over and development continues. INFRA has been under development for over a year now and a lot has been done (I noticed this at the latest when ModDB warned me not to post duplicate content). We have several mostly completed maps and coding the game mechanics has advanced. We also have new modellers in team who have already produced awesome content, one example below. There is still a lot of work to be done, but we're slowly getting there.
Right now would be good time to thank you all for the support; new comments in the images and news posts really motivate us, since we know that you're genuinely interested in this project. Hopefully you're still with us when we ship the final product sometime in the future. Anyway, enough praising, it's time for some new media.
Stormdrain
Underground stormdrain transferring urban runoff to the sea. It's wet and cold down there.
Overgrown canal
This badly maintained city canal has some serious overgrowth.
Pretty nice work :)
Amazing mapping and stellar model though atm too highpoly for source.
Actually the finished model low poly is roughly 20 000 polys, which is acceptable for model this big and detailed.
Really that depends on how often it is used 20,000 for source is still alot.
It's used twice in one pretty small room, so it's not a problem. Also the helicopter in the end of EP2 has the same amount of polys.
Happy Birthday INFRA, keep up the good work!
