Community videos news - Infinity: The Quest for Earth

Many people, including moddb members have requested more videos from Infinity. Unfortunately, as we mentioned already the development of Infinity is in a stage where it’s hard to show new media. Still, in the past year a lot of fans and contributors have made great fan trailers and video contributions.

One of the most Impressive fan trailers made in 2009 was a promotition trailer of one of the Infinity Player Organisations (guild/clan), who have already formed. The Black Order have released a shiny promotion trailer consisting of only footage from the ICP. The video clip, that runs slightly over three minutes was directed by [TBO]Litos and involved members from The Black Order, Axis Incorporated and a couple of people from the community. It involves stunning flybys and epic dogfights between those participating, so make sure to stay to the end and check out the massive Carrier fight at the end, we have never seen the ICP engine look so good!

One of our active contributors Altfuture has posted an amazing video visualization of what a Deltan city in Infinity may look like when the release date comes. The video takes you through the city in a shuttle during daylight hours, weaving in, out and over many different sidescrapers while driving alongside many other shuttles going about their own business throughout the scene. Keep in mind that this is only a pre-rendered version of a Deltan city through the eyes of one of the community members, but it really does get the imagination going! This video is not ingame but all the art assets you see in this video are created for Infinity and we envision the cities in Infinity to look atleast as good or even better.
