The dodge has seemed OP since the start.
I can look down and keep dodging to fly above the city if I want. Not efficient or fun but it is possible.
Do you have any plans to implement a fuel system or some kind of limitation so that this won't be possible?

I've got a few more notes:
There's some strange momentum stuff like when you swing around a building, you can just hold A or D and just pivot around it forever and max your velocity.
It's also pretty easy to get yourself standing (and even running) on the ground sideways by swinging onto the ground I82i.imgup.net
I think it's pretty weird that the ropes shoot even when there's nothing to hit between you and the max distance. Is that on purpose? (they even leave behind their little collision spheres in the air where you aimed)
I also wish you used a float Curve to smooth the camera FOV stuff. Right now it's a little jarring, especially when you decelerate quickly.
There's also some stuff that I'm sure you're already aware of, like the missing material on the swords or the way the boot straps don't stay attached to the knees properly.
The sobel edge (or however you're doing it) on the player is visible through walls. I found this out by using the console command (by the way you should probably remove our access to that) to spawn a second player and I could see the ouline of them through buildings.
I also hope that you put in some animations for idling, like resting a hand / foot against the wall if you grab it, reel in, then hang there. Right now it looks a little silly the way he perma-dangles.

if feel like even though it isnt a gaming pc. It is only 2 months old and should be able to run this, as it can run big open world games like tera with 50 fps
I have similar specs and it's also really slow.
He should probably work on optimization.
For example models that arent in front of a player shouldnt be loaded and with that it will speed up the game.
Also,he is maybe making the models too high resolution which is also eating up the energy need to run the game smoothly.
The problem is you probably have an integrated graphic card, wich sucks, I have a fx-6300 3,5 ghx 6 cores, r7 260x and 8gb of ram and runs smoothly and fast with no frame drops
Probably,but 3.5 Ghz is kind of high for the average consumer.
You cant deny the game needs optimization.

You should make a 32 bit version so everyone can enjoy.
Not everyone can play on a 64bit.
I can understand the limitations of trying to keep the game good for a 32bit low/med-end pc, but I think a global compatibility is always best like how cs go is globally compatible.
I understand the difference of os systems but 32 bit and 64 bit doesn't have a huge difference like os systems. Plus it costs us money to buy a 64 bit.

You should put in a low quality setting.
No blurs, no shades, no highlights.
You can hit ~ to open the console command prompt and enter quality settings that way.
