Hi everyone! We would like to announce that we will be releasing Ghostship Aftermath on Friday 27th of July 2014.
Aftermath was originally planned as a tech demo of the ship, with no enemies, weapons or objectives. Ghostship aftermath is now a "GAME" and very different from the second installment CDF Ghostship. Ghostship aftermath has different mechanics and is very different from CDF Ghostship in many ways. In essence, Ghostship Aftermath focuses on Survival horror with shooting and various survival methods and skills. CDF Ghostship is a first person shooter with survival horror elements and is also multiplayer.
Ghostship aftermath is designed for VR (oculus Rift) from the ground up, where as CDF ghostship will have a rift (VR) enabled version. Both games are very different but inter-mingle with the storyline of CDF Ghostship. As Ghostship aftermath is our first release and is in the final beta stage, CDF Ghostship is still scheduled for Halloween 2014.
