Galaxial is a real time 4X (explore, expand, exploit and exterminate) strategy game set in space. The player is given control of their own empire in the distant future, and are free to play the way they like using diplomatic, economic or military means of achieving their goals in a sandbox galaxy.

Hmm... Can we choose turrets placement ?
Each ship hull has a specific amount of turrets. You can choose any weapon modules for a ship design so long as it matches the turret size where it will be placed (small, medium, large)

What does the crew value mean? Is there fleet academys for crew output on a planet or is it more of a flavor value?
Crew are required when activating ships from the reserves. Planet population and fleet academies will determine the amount of crew you generate.
This will limit the amount of ships you can have active at one time, depending on the size of your empire.
