Same issue here. They really need to fix this.
Already contacted the developer (5 days ago) and Desura, both no reply.
You might want to check Pickle Frenzy from the same developer which also doesn't have a working installer, made by the same developer. Where for some reasons all comments got deleted.
My post reporting the download issue was deleted for no reason, but the replies for that post (yours) are still here... I don't know why was that, I was polite when I reported that problem, and the broken link for the "Full EXE" hasn't been fixed.
I emailed Desura support about a month ago, and just the other day finally heard back from them. On Dec 7, they said: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will reach out to the game developer and have them correct the files, please give us a bit of time in order to get it corrected and you should be able to download it shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience."
It's still not fixed, though.

how i can make it full screen?
I got a copy of this from the groupees bundle, was able to enter my desura key in and download the game. I click launch and it tells me all cd keys are in use. What should I do?
I'm having the same problem. When the Desura client goes to launch says it cannot locate a key.
Can we get Desura keys for this if we got it from the Groupees build a greenlight bundle? I tend to lose track of my games unless I have them tied to an account where I have most of my games (Steam/Desura).
Also Groupees had a hard drive failure a while back and still haven't restored all the data. I don't quite trust that I'll always have access to my direct downloads there and anyway it's always good to have a backup.
