I reviewed your game and I am quite impressed at what you made. This game is a very basic concept by collecting orbs and avoiding the doctors. Achieve the high score you unlock various maps. The music is incredible as well as design. The game does require more levels, so it won't be repetitive and maybe special levels. Who knows, but you've done a fine work indeed. I am a gamer commentary and developer myself, who works on the Unity Engine ^.^ The spawning is just right. I hope for more levels or other objectives. This is a great game, just needs those little things okay ^.^

If you watched the video, I pretty much give a review in there, gonna write here as well :
The idea is good, I liked the music but it needs a little more variety. I assume there are 3 levels, which makes it 3 songs in total. Make it like 3 levels with 6 songs total, 2 songs for every level since it takes at least 10-15 minutes to complete every level and hearing the same beat over and over can get annoying. Also, make up some script so the doctors cannot randomly appear right next to you, because that results in a 100% chance of being hit which is unfair :) Add something like, at least 5-6 metres rule, so when they spawn they cant spawn closer. Other than that the game was fine, it's a good game if you wish to just chill out :D 8/10 would do good.
