Dwelling Uncertainty is a First-Person adventure game in which a player can go through hedgerow or corn based mazes. You must find hidden coins and other prizes within a specific time to continue onto the next maze. All maze times and scores will be uploaded onto leader boards pertaining to each specific maze. There are plans to add wandering NPCs within the mazes to give it that "populated feeling". Each and every maze will be organized into themes. Depending on the theme, there will be different npc types(evil,neutral,good). They can offer hints to find the exit,steal your points or prizes, and possibly kill you.
All indieDB images are not final. BoxShot, icon, preview, and header are in rough form. Any images uploaded are still extremely indev/alpha.
Release dates depend on items finished. If i believe something is wrong and or not finished i will not release. I will delay dates if needed.
The reason to why I named this game "Dwelling Uncertainty" is that mazes have this lingering uneasy feeling while walking through them. No one knows what can be around the corner of every turn.
As a warning -
You can't sell maps. Please take your time when choosing maps.
You need to make sure you have the money to buy admission tokens. If you run out of tokens then you can't play on any mazes.
To gain money you must find the coins within the mazes or sell items that you find. With the money found you can purchase items in the store.
Client hosted match making.
Simple head to head. Two players, two mazes both identicle. Simply race to the end while collecting points. The faster you finish the more points you will get on top.
Four way race. X-Large map with four spawn points. You must race from your spawn point on the edge and race to the center. Weapons will be available for this game type.
