Dragun Nimidae Windows game

A Dragun and his master once came to this peacefull land… Legendary Elves and Fauns soon followed. The Dragun watched the land, only rising when needed. But when the Fall seized the land, Dragun never came…

Dragun Nimidae will be a third person action adventure game. But instead of building a story around the gameplay, we will be doing the opposite: creating gameplay that’s complementary to the world and story of Dragun Nimidae.

What does this mean?

Well, have you ever played a RPG game and grinded your character and then cake-walked the first part of the game? Or played a MMO game and just clicked through the story just to keep going? So busy chosing skills that you forget about the world you’re actually in?

We have, and what we wanted to create is a game where that gameplay enhances the experience instead of being the experience. We would like to spend more time in those beautifull crafted worlds instead of reading various screens and running from one quest objective to the next. Off course we’ll be throwing gameplay at you, but it will be subtle and fresh. With this set up you can fully enjoy the fantasy land of Nimidae and all it’s characters within while you try to unravel the mysteries that are conceiled by a smooth line of purposely designed gameplay that matters to the story.

Why this early?

We would like to gather as much feedback as possible while developing Dragun Nimidae. We are currently working on the project in our free time, and we would love to make this our day job. With your support on Greenlight, Facebook and other platforms we can make this game a reality.

Nuts Studios is a team of just 3 people who work on our games in our free time. We do not have a programmer at this point, so all the programming is made by an artist who is learning. So far we have worked about ten weeks on the game.
We are walking this long road into the gaming industry.
