Demolition Disaster is a local multiplayer game for PC in which up to 4 players battle each other in a post-apocalyptic arena scenario. Players choose from currently 4, individual characters and are instantly thrown into rounds of less than 5 minutes. The game is meant to be easygoing and a little bit crazy. The rules are simple: Stay alive and defeat as many opponents as you can until the countdown runs out . Fight your way to the top of the scoring board with basic abilities like shield-dashing and firing hover projectiles. In addition, every character has a special, ultimate ability with which they can wreak havoc on the playing field. Demolition Disasters’ gameplay is therefore fast, skill-based and predestined to spawn competition between players, as it is simple to learn. Lastly, an important game-mechanic is the pickup at the arena’s center. It restores health for the player who collects it and after a while, it respawns, making it the pivot point of the each round.
