Still can't play coop Thread - Dawnstar

I sent you a few comments on the website but it may be easier here
I'll copy at the end of this mail the current conversation we had by comments

As I said, we are NATed so it means we cannot connect to each other directly without any server in the middle.
We need to know which port is used so we can foward it.
If i'm right you will have the same issue with every user behind a router, which means 95% of french people at least

I beleive that we don't have any issue with outgoing communication but incoming communication.
I think that's why we can see each other game but we can't join.

Hi,
I posted it yesterday but we still have an issue with coopWith my friend we can't join each other.I create the game, select lvl 1-4, 4 player, New Game and I wait in the lobbyMy friend can see my game but if he click on connect he cannot join.
I have the same issue if he create the game
Today he was able to join another game, created by someone else, so it seems that the issue is between us.
Do we have to open some ports? what can be the issue?We want to play together. We can't play now
Can we have some support by mail? it is hard to follow the discussion here

Are either of you using a firewall? Have you been able to connect to other people's games? What sort of internet are you using? Any info would help us, thanks.

We are both using DSL. I didn't try to deactivate firewall but should it really matter? In France we have DSL box so we are all NATed behind the the box. That's why I asked if we have to forward a specific port? Are we directly connected during multiplayer game? or is there a server hosting the game?
Since we are behind a NAT we won't be able to join each other unless we forward some specific port.

You connect to the master server first, and that relays the host's information, after that the master server is no longer involved, it's a direct connection.
It doesn't sound like a port issue since you're able to connect to the master server, will look into it a little more and hope to help.
