Darian: A World Awaits Windows, Mac, Linux game

-OVERVIEW- 
Darian is a text-based fantasy/RPG game that has been in development for
over a year (and still is) and will be played in your PCs terminal, along with a fully composed sound track that adds up to a few hours of original content
Darian focuses on letting you do what you want. Set in the world of
Husaras, the capital city is Darian, a port city focused on trade,
and your main hub. Along the way you'll find many whom you can trade
with, talk to, stab, or even kidnap. Even as a text based game, we
have pushed for making the game feel truly open world. Everyone has
there own name and you can do with them as you see fit, as for walks
around town, there are many cities and villages to visit all with
unique characters and a vast wilderness for you to do with as you
please. The fighting system works like dungeon and dragons mixed with
a couple more functions that will allow you to truly plan your
attacks. An exstensive skill system will also affect almost all
actions. A character sheet will be used to design your character and
all of the options here will affect gameplay in some
way. 

-ACTIVITIES- 
As stated the aim of the game was to let you decide what you want to do
and not in the traditional sense of, you can be a barbarian or
wizard, we wanted to expand from the whole "Mr. Tough Guy kills
everything" and focus on life aspects now you can still be Mr.
Tough Guy but the game will be more focused on allowing you to start
a business selling everything from odds and ends to multi-million
dollar artefacts, to being a trapper and living in the mountains, to
smuggling goods into cities, or being a political leader, to joining
a guild or starting one and it eventually becoming a world power, to
being a guard, or a simple family man, farmer, alchemist, doctor or
stealing and selling drugs your whole life and ALL of the careers and
lifestyle choices and options will be extensive and made as if they
were their own game, assuring an in-depth experience for any play
style. 

-STORY- 
Darian will take place in a sort of scientific revolution, steampunk
medieval fantasy era. We have developed an extensive lore for Darian
and story this will be told through quests, books, ancient scrolls,
and people. We wanted to make as realistic of a world as possible.
