Contagion isn't your average Zombie Shooter but instead takes a more realistic and different approach to the popular genre with unique characters, environments, weapons, items, and a built in system that makes every round completely unpredictable with resources, objectives, and paths ever changing. From the creator of Zombie Panic: Source Brian "Tatsur0" Comer we introduce it's spiritual successor.
Maybe CryTek took your idea.
It will be interesting to have a crossbow in zombie game. I mean, it is in Killing Floor but this one looks more interesting to me.
Killing Floor was pretty solid, and fun, it just needed more depth. Maybe Tripwire will do what they did with Red Orchestra and make an amazing sequel.
That everyone will hate upon release because it was rushed, that will release at an absurdly high price for a game barren of content, shipping without features that are on the very store page?
I love RO2, though you probably couldn't tell by that comment I just made. Just needed another 6 months and now that it has had it, it's pretty solid.
It was short of "Amazing" for a lot of people.
I actually was not aware of this, from what I had heard and seen, and especially based on critical reception, I was under the impression that it was excellent.
In any case, perhaps such a fiasco will have taught them to do things differently in future, and so perhaps "Killing Floor 2" will not fall foul to such issues.
You didn't hear about it?
Tons of game websites, review sites, their forums were a mess...barely anyone played a month post release, until the recent sale / huge update, it was averaging under 500 players. Not very good for a game not even a year old; alot more now, but still, first impressions.
I really love RO2 like I loved RO.
But I somehow don't like Killing Floor because of that "trading system". I mean, who will trade guns when there's a zombie/cyborg apocalypse?
Don't think it is ment to be logic
