We Wrapped Up an Epic Human Debut Weekend news - City of Steam Game

First of all, grateful thanks to all that have partaken in the “City of Steam Alpha Test – Human Debut”. During these 47 hours (server maintenance time excluded) of test, we were swamped with thousands of bug reports, comments, suggestions and other types of player input. Yet alas, we were so intensely short of hands that we wish we could all grow 998 extra hands for this. So to all whose comments/reports/suggestions/etc. haven’t been answered or duly noticed (yet), please accept our sincere apologies. It’s not that your help wasn’t appreciated; rather, we’re like a flock of bees overwhelmed by a sea of flowers…we need time for this.

Additionally, please be notified that although the “Human Debut” weekend has been wrapped up, the “Elven Elite” will be rolled out very soon, starting on July 27-29th (PDT).  Read the previous announcement here.

(Elves enter the mix: play as a stylish and charismatic riven or a cautious and withdrawn draug!) With the coming of a new Alpha test weekend, a slew of the reported bugs will be fixed, additional contents and disparate racial quests/background stories will be added, more activities and generous awards will come up and even a few more bugs will be brought under the discerning eyes of our testers. Get your monocle ready!

Speaking of activities, during the “Human Debut” weekend we had 5 competitions up, winners of which will be announced tomorrow on the Forum. Feel free to drop us a line or two here, too.
