CHIVALRY: Medieval Warfare is a first-person medieval online combat game that seeks to deliver the intensity of epic hollywood medieval block busters to the hands of a gamer. CHIVALRY hurls the player into a fictional medieval world where the Agathian Knights are battling against the newly formed Mason Order for control of the lands of Agatha.
As soon as they join the game players choose from a selection of several classes, which control the appearance, characteristics and abilities that will be available to them. Classes include Archers, Man-at-arms, Vanguards, Knights and Support class. Each of these classes will be able to equip a selection of weapons including swords, battle axes, crossbows, longbows, shields and much more. As they take to the field players will clash with an advanced melee combat system that allows full, real-time control of your swings for precision strikes. Dodge, duck, evade, block or parry your enemies strikes to counter with your own and bring him down with a satisfying gush of blood spurting from his neck as his decapitated head rolls from its resting place upon the shoulders.
Players engage in battle over epic landscapes including besieged castles, city streets, rolling plains, and waterfalls with massive siege engines such as: Catapults, Ballistas, Trebuchets, Battering Rams, Boiling Oil, Mantlets, Siege Towers, Ladders and more. Characters come alive as they gain experience, titles and traits that remind the player of his most epic moments playing the game, allow him to display his trophies to others and push him to improve his skills. This coupled with an advanced unlock system allows true customization and variety on a diverse battlefield encouraging players to achieve glory and stand above their friends and foes alike.

This game is great fun. After people watched me play it, I've not got 5 friends who all have the game. Incredibly addictive and fresh, a break away from the stale Call of Duty first person clones.

Possibly the lagiest game i've ever played. I have the game running with the lowest possible graphics options, and i still get like 15-20 fps. I can run much more demanding games ( skyrim for example ) with much higher graphics, yet this game barely runs with the lowest. My friends having the same problem, and I see a lot of other people are as well. So glad I didn't buy the game, would have been a waste of money.
7 days to release that patch. if you don't a yeti will come to your window at night
Awsome Game :)
P.S. flying limbs

Its a shame this game even being mentioned!
Not only it has ridiculous system requirements
but much more the weapon controls are completely
unrealistic. Such a shame seeing this overgreat
scenario forever spoiled this way.
No respect - nothing!

The weapon controls are perfect. I havn't felt this much control over weapons since counter-strike, and I'm glad to finally have found a melee game that requires skill, cunning and deception. You probably just lack those abilities.

No - they arent at all!
And even in medival era the troops lords
did definitively NOT disallow them to keep
holding their weapons ready chambered.
Its a game fool.
can you make a coherent sentence, about why you don't like it?
Congratulations four your prize I´d never have known this game without winning the Indie of the year and basically the idea of mixing swords world with Hollywood intensity is amazing and crazy!!!
