Cave In is no longer in development. I have, unfortunately, had to stop development of this project due to being the only person left on the development team and it's a project I'm unable to do alone. I'm currently working on a solo project called Mercury Fallen.

Cave In is a first person puzzle adventure game by Nitrous Butterfly being developed using the Unity Engine that is heavily inspired by classic adventure puzzle games like MYST and The Longest Journey. As a first person game the player will be able to walk freely around the environment to discover, find and interact in a way expected of more modern game titles.

While it is a puzzle game there will be a focus on story and exploration instead of just a series of abstract puzzles that loosely fit in to the world they inhabit. Being a small indie team we’re always interested in making games we want to play and Cave In is a game we are very excited about developing and playing.
