WW2 Infantry combat simulation for PSP. Choose your side and weapons and Lock 'n Load!
Misc Stuff:
Due lack of time (and RAM) we decided to remove the Allied Team and keep the game
with Axis and Red Army only. (Because the Soviet weapons are more cooler than the
U.S. weapons haha xD :P)
We expanded the Class Editor abit (mostly on request) with a few more things.
You can now access the class editor from ingame menu and you can also now (finally)
select and play as a female playermodel.
Gameplay releated:
Bots have been improved! They will now hopefully never act like a weird fart, and they can now
also use the knife.
Also the players will now able to select the bots skills (from N00b to veteran difficulty) and the
bots weaponlayout (own layout, same as player etc..)
Last but not least: The bot chat simulator is completed..
They will now randomly leave a message when connecting, leaving and when they are getting
killed :D
Upon reqest we added the FG-42 paratrooper rifle back with the telescopic sight.
This is the only scoped weapon in the game now (and its very opwerfull).
Idle:
Look thru the telescopic sight:
Maps:
The final maplayout is still WiP, we might need to kick out some maps due beiing laggy..
A Beta release is aimed for Easter 2015. Depending on the feedback we will decide whats
happening with the PSP port in the future.

Dear Dr. Mabuse. Despite the fact that this project is dead, I want to thank you and whoever has helped you develop the PSP version of Cause of War 1944. Ever since I encountered NZP PSP back when I was 12 if my memory doesn't fail me, (born in '99), I've been a real fan of both yours and the NZP Team's work. For years I was both entertained by NZP, and excited to see new maps and to see the progress of CoW. I even remember commenting on this 2 years ago thanking you for the work you've put in to this whether it released or not. I know that this game will probably remain dead forever, but I still want you to know that I believe I speak for everyone in saying thank you for dedicating your time to work on this awesome project!
If there ever is an off chance that you might work on this again, I'll gladly be one of the first ones to check on it every day like I used to do years ago. It's completely up to you, but if possible, maybe you could release what was left of development on this version to the public; maybe someone else might be willing to take the torch.
Anyways, thank you one more time to both you and those at the NZP team for helping me create such fun memories throughout the years. I hope you have a great rest of your day, and that you're able to get through whatever life issues you may be going through!
i is sad :(
This game was canceled suddenly, disappointed fans
yes, the psp version is canceled, the pc version not.
maybe you will just upload what`s ready? a lot of people here were waiting exactly for the psp version. If you leave it like this, who will play your game then? of course, I don`t want to say that you`re a bad developer, but just share with people the latest build of the psp version
i dont have a working psp anymore.
Have you tried a psp emulator?
nope, i moved to other projects, no time for psp crap.
uh.. okay :)
Whether this project is completed or not, I consider you a hero, mabuse. You didn't have to put so much work into this, but you have. We all thank you.
dont thank me yet, im currently nop longer working on it due real life issues.
