After 5 years of work Brigador is finally available to purchase and play! Get it now on Steam or the Humble Store, play the game and give us feedback to help us finish the game! If you do buy the game please use the Humble Widget listed above or on our homepage as we get a larger cut and you get both a Steam key AND access to the Humble DRM free version!

As of 10/19/2015 the Brigador build features 6 playable vehicles, 18 weapons, 3 special abilities, 9 maps, and one enemy faction to fight against. 3 more playable vehicles are incoming this friday, and we plan to maintain a weekly content update schedule so there's always something new to play with or against. Make sure to check in for the Halloween update on the 30th as well! New maps will be incoming! In the mean time, here's some of the tracks from the Brigador OST (not available yet but soon) to help you get a feel for the game:

We also want to thank everyone who's supported us on the IndieDB page and who've preordered Brigador over the last year-- support like that makes a huge difference!

And for those who aren't sold on the game yet, here's some reviews from others who've been able to play the game so far:

Thanks for watching and if you're interested please buy the game, tell your friends, and leave a review on Steam! Every little bit counts!

Hi, do you think that can be possible to add blood splatter when kill infantry, and some bullet/shell impact when projectile hit the ground ? this could increase the feeling of total destruction.

Just a suggestion this game is awesome!!!

Amazing gameplay, amazing visuals (not just in technical aspects like the quality modeling, textures, and sprite work, but in the overall aesthetic design as well), and an amazing soundtrack.

This is easily one of the best games I've played in a decade or more. Great job, fellas.

Only change I would personally make (or like to see in a mod) is the ability to use customized "freelance" units in main campaign missions. I understand the selection of the 4 pre-made vehicles is a balance parameter, but I'd personally enjoy using custom vehicles, even as an optional mod, although I'm sure it could potentially decrease the difficulty (or increase it too I suppose, if you were to build something ill-suited to the mission).

we need mods ppls, maybe a repair module instead of the other 1/4 support systems, as there is no way to repair in mission.. how about adding us a zoom in and out function, yes hitting crtl will allow u too see further around ur mech/tank/hover vehicle in one direction, but i would like to zoom in close to my selected vehicle / mech.

1. zoom in/out

2. way to repair either Stations on map like ammo or better yet a repair module listed in the special tab

3. team mate and maybe way to issue commands like follow, protect, hold position and maybe behavioral options as Defensive , Aggressive ect

4. Dev tools so we can add to the game, new items new builds, make new maps

5. would be sweet if we had lan and could have someone join in we are freelancing missions why would a pilot not go in with back up ?

yes and no, if i recall u had a team in mech commander, you do not in this, OOOHH 3rd option for a mod TEAM mate.. this game has i think 15 mechs u can unlock,15 tanks,15 hover, then u have weapons for main, 2ndary,aux,turret and u need to purchase them to use them.. its fun am enjoying the game but i can see were things should be added to extend the game
