Blameless 0.2.9 Update file

Hi! Blameless has been updated to v0.2.9 This build fixes some minor issues found in the 0.2.8 update and adds new functionality. Changes include: - The farmer inspiration is added - Food production and consumption now works as planned - The balance of resource income is reworked and should result in a smoother overall gameplay experience. Fixed bugs in this release: - Water shows over tiles - Belief counter not working properly - Powers Used doesn’t count above 3 ( this was actually caused by the fire power being the only power increasing the stat. ) - If land tiles are clicked with the land power, belief is used - If target is over water, villagers get stuck at the shore - After some time the worshippers get stuck in the building and don’t generate belief Also there's now a WIKI online at www.blamelessthegame.com, feel free to contribute!
