Here's another bi-weekly update! Arrr, I must return to 1-week updates from now on but this time I had a really good cause for being late: we just ended a one-week experiment of cohabitation and all-day work.
We're exhausted...but really happy about the results: there are many improvements in the combat gameplay, we have a good sketch of the main plot of the story and optimized the way we work and create assets for the game.
The first visible result is a new kind of enemy, a spider!
What is so exciting about a spider, uh? Well, first is a gigantic spider and it will give you a warm welcome in places like mines or dungeons. Second, it has 8 legs and a very different bone structure from a human: this caused me a lot of headaches but in the end everything is working again and now you can fight with this new bitey friend.
What do you think is a good combat ability for a spider? Venom bites? Venom spit? 8-legged hug of death? What else?

OK. I'm watching. This looks like something I'd like very much. I've been a fan of pirate games ever since 1987 and the original Pirates! by Sid Meier, and this looks like it's combining Morrowind with good old Pirates! Keep it up, gentlemen! :)
will you guys have like character creation or some type of customization. models look good.
sure, we already have some internal tool. You will able to customize your characters when the game is finished
any easter eggs lol. pirate jack sparrow or some customizations to make your guy look like him would be cool.

Subvertgames. you guys own by DHB Studios?, the guys that are working on the Subverts RTS game? working on two projects. that's crazy.
no way! IMHO they just used the same name trying to steal some visits from us. But we are different: we're not developing vaporware :D
