I've been busy these past few days, what with final exams and all around the corner. Frantic studying and last-minute homework completions have taken a toll on the time I've had to work on Aqua Rhapsody. Rest assured, this project ain't dead just yet!
Currently the third use of the color purple in this game, this enemy appears in Level 7. He glides around, not too concerned with destroying the castle. But, if the castle is in this monster's path, watch out or you'll be seeing your castle explode!
Yet another "idea I got from showing my game off at school". If you wait roughly 10 seconds on the title screen, the game will enter an attract screen. It'll show the developers name (me!), the Datacomb logo, and credits.
Now, while I can't comfirm 100% if this will work for everyone, the feature is in there. When you close the game out, your highest score is saved, and may be reopened the next time you play the game. Neat, eh?
-Slightly modified preloader, including a rotating orb to show that, yes, the game IS loading.
-Fixed bug where level transitions wouldn't work after the bonus stage.
-Water reflection in title screen now takes into account EVERYTHING on the screen. And yes, you can still click on the reflections of the buttons :P .
