A lot of time has passed since we have posted any news about our game. Of course we were not doing nothig. We have done SOMETHING and by SOMETHING I mean:
-pheromones
-pathfinding
-digging (it still needs improvement...)
Actually everything what is done needs more than few day of hard working on it... Me (kudlacz964) and kompu had a fight, but now everything is ok and we can work together again. We will release our first alpha version soon, so be patient!

well.. looks interesting, so never played simant, ide recommend it. i would say its a good old classic game. a next game that came anywhere near ant world was, empire of the ants. exquisite gameplay but alot of unfixed crashes, which made game unplayable for skirmishes and campain on chapter 2 of 4.this game made me raise an eye brow so tracking to see how this thing goes.
also every ant game needs a super hard spider for a predator on a map. i dono why but i blame SimAnt for that.
Will this be anything similar to the old SimAnt game? Also, on an unrelated note, what do you need to play videos on ModDb?
Well... I haven't known this game before, but I've read some articles about it and seen a few screenshots. I can tell, that our game will have few things in common with the SimAnt. I think, you need only flash plug-in installed, but I'm not sure...
