Upon starting the game, which is in windowed mode by default, I can use the mouse to select menu items, but after starting a single player game, it seemed not to accept any input from the mouse. I eventually discovered I could use the keyboard to look up, down, turn, and fire, but playing the game this way is impossible. I saw on another forum that someone else had the same problem, and it was suggested they start the game in full screen mode. I did this, but all that happened was that I could no longer use the mouse to select menu items and had to use the keyboard for everything. I also tried toggling the "Windowed Mouse" option under video options, but that didn't seem to do anything. It's a standard USB connected mouse. I'm running Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit. Any suggestions will be appreciated. |
