Airships' soundtrack is going to be created by Curtis Schweitzer of Starbound fame. And the game's on Desura now!

I'm excited to announce that Curtis Schweitzer has agreed to create the music for Airships. You may know Curtis from his work for Starbound. To get a taste of what's to come, head over to his SoundCloud profile and have a listen.

Also, Airships is now available through Desura. You can still also get it through itch.io and IndieGameStand. At some point, I should probably do the Greenlight thing, but I'm in no hurry.

Airships

Development on the next early access version is proceeding well. This version is mostly about bug fixes, improved performance, and subtle improvements to the user interface, and should be out by the end of April.

The next development cycle is going to be about adding new features, specifically a system for ship-to-ship boarding. You will be able to add barracks of air marines to your ship designs and command these marines to use their grappling hooks to board and take over enemy ships.
