Asteroids are rotating by nature and therefore every building on a planet is permanently moving.
Landing on a permanently moving objects can be quite tricky for compuer AI - but here you see how it looks like in Age Of Asteroids.
This is not an animation, it is realtime calculated and will work for every possible hangar location/tranlsation.
