Out of the KILLER RECTUM! That's what you need to do for part 2. I'll name it for you: World of **** II: Diarrhea Disaster. Yea, I'd play it. And I'd review it on my blog. It has to compete with the first. Crazy music, epic story, and even more forms of crap. Or maybe Dr. Anus is building an army and you must stop him.
