Watch Dogs making own Mods Thread

Hello Modders,

I've been a programmer a while now and thought about starting modding along time ... I think to make good Mods, you need to be enthusiastic, so you should like the game much. And my favourite game is Watch Dogs, so I thought about making my first mod a Watch Dogs Mod ... BUT I couldn't find a single tutorial on how to make a own Mod for Watch Dogs, so I hope some of you have some ideas or even have made one my himself.

Sup Internet. Ive used mods but never modded from scratch myself. im interested in learning any starting point. considering my end goal is to be able to mod WATCH DOGS (1) and be able to make my own outfits for Aiden.Mainly out of his own clothing options. Hoodies, jackets, shoes,pants, caps gloves and trench coat, in various combinations and color schemes that i see fit
