VTMB Antitribu files not found Thread

Hello!
So I've come here to download the VtM:Bloodlines mod Antitribu and when I download the zip file, trying to open it gives me the error:

"Windows cannot open the folder.
The compressed (zipped) Folder 'location' is invalid."

When I try and extract without attempting to open the folder, I get a "cannot complete" error telling me the compressed (zipped) folder is empty.
When I go to PlanetVampire and try to download it from there, it just takes me to a page that is blank except for the text, "File missing."

Is this a known problem and/or are there available solutions?
