Third post I assume and nothimg has changed in the text at all, and no replies either.

There are a couple of things I'd like to point out.

-The links, while they do work, have nothing behind them. A picture and the Title of the game, and the Company's logo with some little more text. There's no descriptions, extra links, buttons, other pictures or info. I do not see those links as helpful in this recruitment campaign. You need to flesh them out. Your recruitment text has more info on the game than your official game site.

-Speaking of the game info, you've provided a short backstory and very vague, very little, gameplay directions and your vision for it. What kind of gameplay are you talking about? What games? What significant changes will be done to propell the genre into a new direction? What direction?

-How large is the team currently? How much have you done? Do you have screenshots?

As it's an unpaid position, the recruitment ad need to be more informative and eye catching. Think about how you'd like an ad to be if you'd be the target of it.

Thanks for your message!

We're currently getting the most replies in the Unreal and Blender forums. But I do think we got 1 reply from this forum via email.

We're waiting on the website design until closer to the Kickstarter phase. Right now we're focused on the game development side. I just put the links up there to let people know we have the domains secured. Plus Google starts indexing the websites once the links appear in several places. Best to get that ball rolling early for SEO purposes.

We really could use some screenshots or even a short trailer or something. I'm working hard to get that done but we're waiting on either our 2D artist to get some sketches done......or our world design guy to get the main map done so I can drop a town in there. The 2D artist isn't close, but the map should be done this week.

Before we give out more game info, we have everyone sign a non-disclosure agreement. Many of the things we'll be doing in this game are a "first" for the industry. If we lay it all out here, some other development team that already is making a survival game could take the ideas and use them in their game. We'd have no legal recourse if that happened.

The team is about 20 members right now. Some more active than others. We've been working on the game for 9 months, so there's quite a bit done, and we're doing pretty good on our Kickstarter goals timeline. Still waiting on the 2D artist or map guy for a better looking advertisement.

Yeah, I totally hear you on the more eye catching thing. I want some more "wow that looks awesome" videos, screenshots, etc.

Thanks for your input man! I really appreciate it!
