Support us when buying games Thread

Hey all, over the past few months we have been partnering up with some of our favorite game stores: GOG, Humble Bundle, Amazon as part of our show prices on game profiles push. We decided to do this instead of opening up yet another place for you to buy games from.

As part of this update, we now include an affiliate code when linking to these stores. So if you'd like to support us, it is as easy as clicking the link to the stores here before purchasing your game. We will also be doing roundups more often of cool deals (games which we believe are relevant to you be it an awesome indie or a modding classic) and linking to these stores when they happen.

We also link to Steam because they are awesome too, but unfortunately they don't have an affiliate program at present. Appreciate your support community!

A good example of a killer deal is Humble Bundle offering Galactic Civilizations I free as part of a bundle ending in 7 hours.

I've just got one question just out of curiosity: What do you mean you include an affiliate link. Don't the mod and game makers set their store links themselves or am I just stupid?

they do, but we automatically add the affiliate link, so any store here should magically support us which is great and hopefully helps our visitors out in the process

Ah, I see. Really clever

Good on you for pointing out that they are affiliate links. I've seen some sketchy posts in my day where people try to pretend it's not an affiliate link.
