Stalker Complete 2009 1.4.4 crash Thread

I have Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl V1.00006 (Gog version). I was playing it with no problems.

Then I installed this mod, got main menu with no problems, but game crashed when trying to start new game. Does anyone have any inputs on this?? I would *really* like to see all the improvements that it promises!!

My system:

Windows 7 64-bit

Intel i7-3820 (Sandybridge-E) OC 4GHz

Nvidia GTX 980 - 4GB GRAM, monitor: 30" 2560x1600 (HP ZR30w)

16GB RAM

running game on Samsung 950 Pro SSD

I think this Support forum is more for Moddb bug issues.

Have you tried asking on the Stalker Complete 2009 mod page? Moddb.com

You could also try asking over at the GSC World forums. That bunch knows alot about Stalker and I'd be surprised if they couldn't help with your issue. Gsc-game.com
