Ratings do not show up Thread

So lately I've noticed this bug/error on my mod Ninth of October - continuation.

I noticed that there is 8 votes, yet on the main page it says 6 votes. It does not even change after a review vote.

I do not know whats up with that.

And if you look at the reviews, there are 8 votes submitted.

Ill get this checked but i believe its do to the new review system were reviews only count if they leave a review with their rating.

Yesterday some dude called Doanitos leaved a rating with a review, and it still did not change. I believe that you cannot even leave a review if you have not confirmed your email.

Well you cant login unless you have confirmed your email, leaving a rating only has this requirement if they are giving you a 1-3 or 8-10, It may be a bug ill ask the developer if this is the case.

The same thing is happening to some other mods, in one case it says 3 votes and there is 6 reviews, other one counts 10 and its 14. What does that mean?
