New game function Thread

Hello fellow gamers, I am trying to play a mod named Hopeless night. The mod is installed and the single player SDK verified. The game loads up fine and i can see the zombies staggering about the hospital, but when i press on new game the function will not work. I can access the load game feature and the settings, but no response from clicking new game. Any advice please.
