Needed 1-2 Programmers and 1-2 Concept Artist [MMO] [INDIE] Thread

We are a team building a MMORPG with AAA Graphics.
Its an indie project, so everyone will be paid after crowd funding!
So for now we need 1-2 Programmers and 1-2 Concept Artists.

I think you need to dedicate more than 20% of the text in the post towards the project.
If you were a programmer or concept artist, is this a post that you would find interesting and convince you to join the project?

An MMORPG is also a huge undertaking.
