Mods doesn't show up Thread

For first time I thought it's a bug on the site(like a week ago).
I checked every time, but nothing.They just doesn't show up.
The "mods" button is grey, like when there are no mods, I click on it and it says the game has no mods, or something like that, at every game.
Do you know how to fix this?

Okay, they don't show up when I'am logged in to my account.
Can anybody help me??

Your probably set to 360 or ps3 at the top tabs.
