Modern Combat, TOW launcher Thread

Hello,

I'm using the Modern Combat mod and I'm very happy with it except for one problem.

The TOW launcher position (from the defensive buildings menu) is always empty and useless, when I build it.

I tried garrisoning units inside but it won't allow for that. When I play as PLA, the enemy USA team builds TOW launchers and they always have units inside firing the launcher.

What am I doing wrong?
