maya program / script must know 3d max also Thread

Hi well I need a gui based scripted what this will do is mimic 3d max gui for the main modelling tool tear at the side. More details with picks ones I get 3d max in staled and maya installed as well. I might pay you but their no conformation of this at this time.
In 3d max the tools are called some or simpler in maya and must know the modelling tool equivalent in both 3d max to maya and maya to 3d max.
here what I want i want to add to maya like 3d max see





I want at side of maya a floating window like max were all my 3d modelling tool set is set like max see above images.
I dont want replica of max looking like something simler to max were all my modeling tools will be in one place rather than all over the place like maya has it as such I was hoping for help with this.
