M.A.M.E. Sinistar Thread

Hello I am trying to figure out how to get to the screen in Sinistar that allows you to change the number of lives I get per game and also how many points for extra life awarded. There are also other things to change like how many coins per game etc. I got into this screen once, but dont remember how I did. Please Help

and I know it's not in the tab menu.
