Looking for an Animator - Royalties Thread

At the moment, my company (Revelations Studios) is looking for an animator in order to animate the several models and make cutscenes for our game. This is our first game, so we have virtually no budget, however, you will receive 5% of the net profit and should our kickstarter be successful, you'll also make some money from that.
