I had a great idea for a video game please read. Thread

I need an art and design team and a programming team, my idea can be made with gamemaker.

Well, if it were so easy as to just ask for the people you need with next to no information.

Of course you could get extremely lucky and intrigue people with the genre alone and in which program to make it, but those chances are really slim, even slimmer that the people who are interested are capable people.

What are you going to do? Art? Programming? Sound? Writinh?

Best way to get people aboard is to start yourself, get something to show to the others, and then look for a few people, you don't need entire teams, especially if you have no experience in how to co-ordinate them and so forth.
