Guests can always download, however members get priority. Because of the release of CS:GO Classic load has been ultra high. If it exceeds 100% members can still download, but guests cannot until load drops below 100%. This happens incredibly rarely as we have about 8gig/sec capacity, so rest assured guests can download, we just have to manage hosting costs because bandwidth isn't cheap if we exceed our limit. -- Scott Reismanis |
