GameDev/Artist => LF Programmer (for game similar to Door Kickers) Thread

Hi everyone!

I am game developer and artist (3D, animation, VFX) looking to make a video game, my personal side project. With goal to profit from it.

I am looking for experienced programmer who shares same passion and goals to help me make this game. But anyone else interested in this project/game is free to contact me.

I can cover 3D, animations, VFX.
I have good understanding of game development, production and design of gameplay mechanics.
First goal is to get basic prototype done, revise, tweak, then demo, then final game.
Unity engine prefered. Unreal an option.

Gameplay in nutshell:

• 3D Isometric tactical shooter game where player commands his own squad(s).
• Assemble squad(s) from list of randomized recruits each with different behaviour, specialization and properties that can be tweaked even further through training and missions.
• Train and equip your squad for missions.
• Complete mission objectives in different ways and gain different bonuses and intel for future missions.
• Order your squad(s) how to execute operations in specific area / area to area / or provide your squad with information (tag/mark objects) that your squad can then take into their consideration.
• Soldiers, or squad(s) will execute actions on their own and will react based on their behaviour.
