Filters effects for Doom 1 and 2 Thread

Just wondering is there a way to have
filter effects for doom 1 and 2?

you know how retro 80's 90's vhs, film reels, scan lines, and horror vhs effects,
like a noise filters.
kinda like this effect Youtu.be power drill massacre
or this? Youtube.com the intro part

is there a mod, or wad?
if not is there a way to have or add it in for like gzdoom?

I saw a GZDoom mod called InstaDoom (or something to that effect) that brings in Instagram filters. There's also some palette filters in GZDoom by itself.

nice effect
to bad it isn't optional feature for gzdoom
like a noise filter, crt, film reel, old vhs.
