DoW SS = Help to mix mods for personal use Thread

I would like to edit a mod just for personal use, but ive been struggling to do so without getting anywhere. I would like to put the graphics, damage values and abilities of one mod into another, but I cant seem to get any help. I would like to put in the graphic effects and values of Closer to Codex into Ultimate Apocalypse, but only for my personal use.

All games are modified by different means, so I doubt you'll have much luck if you post your question here. Your best chances are to state your question in a comment at the mod's profile or by contacting the developers directly.
