CS 1.6 - Custom "cstrike" directory Thread

I want to multiply "cstrike" folder to make my cs like that damn cs:go.
In first folder add some "dust" maps with Leet and USMC skins, in second "urban" maps with SWAT skins with custom background for this theme and etc.
I've tried just copy "cstrike" folder, make .cmd with "start "cs" hl.exe -game %CustomCstrikeFolderName" and run it. (Yeah, pretty dumb method. I'm a noob.)
It works, but with 99 bugs (For example: Menu working not correctly, when somebody shoot me, I see sparks).

Who knows, what the hell I need to do? Can anybody help me?
