C&C Mental Omega (Launch error) Thread

Hey,

I just joined today and I downloaded the mod for Mental Omega (along with the sound track)-got it set up and everything but when I try to start a skirmish game (Against the computer) or campaign this error message keeps popping up-Unable to initialize 'ra2.csf' , please reinstall Red Alert

I have tried to re-install the game but that does not work. I am using the original version of RA2 and Yuri's Revenge (C&C the first decade-and yes I have the disk if that helps). I downloaded the mod then extracted the files to RA2 (Like it stated in the instructions) along with the soundtrack (Extracted to Mental Omegas file like it says in the instructions)

I am using windows 10, My computer is a HP 18 all in one

Any help on how to get this mod up and running please?
